Simply bring the card used to book, OR the confirmation email to collect.

Box Office is currently open Monday to Friday 10am until 6pm for general bookings.
Box Office is also open for ticket collections 2 hours before every performance.

Tickets left at the Box Office for collection should preferably be collected at least half hour before a performance begins.
PLEASE NOTE: Theatre Tokens and cheques are not accepted at this venue.

ACCESS BOOKINGS
The Arts Theatre aims to be accessible and welcoming to all. Our theatre is fully wheelchair accessible. Guide dogs and
hearing dogs are welcome in the auditorium. For all enquiries and access bookings please call 020 7836 8463
The Arts Theatre does not have an induction loop system. As we are quite a small theatre we find most customers who usually require a loop do not need it in our house.
RETURN TICKETS
RETURN TICKETS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED ON SOLD OUT PERFORMANCES.
We do not have an advance waitlist for returns. If any tickets become available in advance (up to 2 hours before the show time), they will be instantly available on the website for sale.
Last minute return tickets (any that become available to us just prior to the show) are only available ON THE DAY AND IN PERSON. You must come to the theatre if you want your name on a list, and then be present at performance time to collect the return ticket if it becomes available. There is no guarantee that tickets will become available.
Also, we do not take phone numbers to call you as we simply do not have the facility to make calls at busy show times, you must be here to claim them. Thank you for your understanding.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Arts Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission and request any ticket holder to leave the theatre and take any appropriate action to enforce this right.
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Mobile phones and any other electronic equipment must be switched off before entering the auditorium.
The Arts Theatre reserves the right to make any changes to the performance owing to unforseen or unavoidable cause.
The Arts Theatre reserves the right to cancel or abandon the performance for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person compensation for damages other than a refund of the ticket price.
If you arrive late we appreciate that you will want to take your seats as soon as possible. To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists, we may ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance.
Readmission cannot always be guaranteed but sometimes we may by able to show you to alternative seats.
Tickets are strictly non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for another performance.
Customer details are held in our database in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
